Why should I hire Advanced Carpet Cleaning?

Our equipment is higher quality than most of the competition. We actually bring our plant right to your home with our truck-mounted equipment. In addition:

Do you offer any specials or discounts?

Our prices are very competitive all the time. Oftentimes, other companies who are offering large discounts, will still have higher prices than us—even after their discounts. Nevertheless, we do have occasional promotions. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for any specials or discounts!

Will the carpet shrink?

No! The process recovers over 95% of the moisture used as compared to only 35% in the old scrub method.

How long does it take to dry?

Normal drying time is 4 to 6 hours, depending on Air circulation in the rooms.

Does it wet the back of the carpet?

No! Our low pressure, warm water system penetrates to the base of the carpet fibers and no further. Our truck-mounted vacuum is powerful enough to prevent wetting the backing of the carpet.

Should carpet be vacuumed before cleaning?

It is not necessary unless there is an accumulation from carpentry work, toys, pet hair, etc. We will vacuum before with clean.

Can you get stains out?

Yes, in most cases we are effective in over 90% of the stain and spot removals. If the stain has removed the carpet dye or affected the dye, this is an exception, and may not be able to do anything with. No guarantees.

Can you set up an appointment for an estimator to come to my house?

Will you clean a little door mat for me?

Yes, just tell the technician that you would like for him to include that in the cleaning.
